My generation failed
Failures happen when a model rejects a prompt or times out. Credits are refunded instantly and you can retry from the studio. If it keeps failing, try a shorter prompt or a different model.
Where are my downloads?
Open Library, hover any asset and press Download. Videos download as MP4 and images as PNG or JPG.
Can I invite my team?
Yes — Team in the sidebar lets owners and admins add members with a role. Seats depend on your plan.
